Blac Chyna Loses Bid to Trademark Kardashian Name, Reunites With Rob [VIDEO]
Although Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian have reunited, it doesn’t mean she is a Kardashian -- at least legally. TMZ is reporting that her bid to use the Kardashian name has been denied.
Last December, after her engagement to Rob, Chyna reportedly filed court documents to trademark her proposed married name Angela Renee Kardashian, so she can use it for entertainment purposes and sell merchandise. The Kardashian clan, who didn’t want her to profit off their name married or not, filed court documents to block Chyna’s petition claiming their brand will “suffer damage including irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill."
Chyna purportedly never responded to the Kardashian's claim and her request was rejected. So for now, she's just Blac Chyna.
Meanwhile, Chyna and Rob reunited on Saturday (April 1) and shared a few PDA-filled videos on Snapchat, according to E! News. The couple canceled their engagement earlier this year but they are happily co-parenting their nearly 5-month-old daughter Dream Kardashian. But it's all love now.
In one video, Chyna sits on Rob's lap and asks her former fiancee to "give me a kiss," while Kendrick Lamar's new song "Humble" plays in the background. Rob obliges her and plants a smooch on her cheek. Isn't love grand?
