After releasing a duet with Beyonce, Arrow Benjamin is back with another video for his latest single, "Love and Hate."

The soulful song was accompanied by a visual where the British crooner finds himself in an abandoned lot as he walks in the cold in his signature black brimmed hat and a burgundy suit. The visual continues to follow Benjamin as he fights against those who stand in his way and sings about the complexities of life over the Iain Archer-produced song.

"My blood runs slow here in the winter / You left me naked and exposed / I am that heart you sold to sorrow / You could have killed love," he sings.

In our interview with Benjamin, he explained his creative process behind music videos.

"For me, the visual has to be more than just a back drop. It has to be something that speaks all by itself, independently," he says. "But, combined with the message of the song, amplifies it and just broadens the rhythmic. It has to be able to breakdown social, cultural, racial, whatever it is [and] closes the barriers."

Benjamin's EP, WAR, is slated to be released sometime this month. In our interview, he also promised two videos to be released during the first quarter of the month. So far, he's off to a good start with his first song and video of the new year.
