It’s always fun to see an athlete’s story told via a sneaker release and Nike is one of the best at weaving a narrative via footwear. This time, Chris Paul’s time as a player with the Charlotte Hornets is given a bit of light courtesy of this latest Nike release.

The drop is pretty incredible if you are a fan of the Air Jordan 13 as it is given a colorway like nothing we’ve ever seen before. A black suede base sets the stage for swaths of blue suede to wrap around the ankle and midsole while hits of yellow highlight the outsole. Things are finished off with Paul's logo on the tongue and that pearlized holographic button on the ankle. These are perfect for any Hornets fans out there looking for a new way to show their pride this season.
