Things just got interesting over at Nike as Mark Parker, Tinker Hatfield and Michael Jordan have all hooked up for a very special release. They've decided to create a pack to bookend all of the Jordan Brand releases in a way that reimagines both the old and the new.

The Air Jordan 1 x XX9 MTM Pack features the first and last Jordan brand silhouettes in stark black, white and grey colorways. However, the real kicker is that the material swapping finds the Jordan XX9 cast in supple leather and the Air Jordan 1 decked out in Flyknit. It's pretty jarring to see the Air Jordan 1 as a seamless bootie and equally as revelatory seeing the Air Jordan XX9 decked out in high grade leather, leaving both shoes squarely in previously uncovered territory.

The Air Jordan 1 x XX9 MTM Pack drops at NikeLab P75 in Paris June 13. A wider release of the two-pair set will hit and other retailers on June 26 and be valued at around $700 a pop.
