Fans will have to wait a little bit longer to watch A&E’s upcoming documentaries on the late Notorious B.I.G. and Tupac Shakur. The cable network has rescheduled the programs for later airdates.

Originally, the Biggie: The Life of Notorious B.I.G. and Who Killed Tupac documentaries were set to premiere on June 28 and June 29, respectively. The Biggie doc will now air Sept. 4, while the six-part 2Pac docu-series will debut later in the fall, according to Deadline. Both projects are part of the A&E’s recently relaunched “Biography” banner.

The Life of Notorious B.I.G. is a two-hour, deeply personal “Biography” documentary that will trace the life, death and legacy of the late Christopher Wallace (aka Biggie) as told by those who loved him most, including his widow Faith Evans, his mother Voletta Wallace, his close friend Lil Cease, the members of Junior Mafia, and some of the biggest superstars in hip-hop.

Meanwhile, the Who Killed Tupac? documentary is a six-hour mini-series that focuses on the investigation, 20 years after 2Pac’s death. Civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump, who represented Trayvon Martin, will conduct, for the first time ever, a thorough investigation into the case. In each installment of this investigative series, viewers will learn about the legendary rapper’s life while Crump examines key theories surrounding the murder.

Documentaries and delays aside, next Friday (June 16) will be the official premiere of the long-awaited 2Pac biopic, All Eyez on Me. The movie, directed by Benny Boom, features actor Demetrius Ship Jr. playing the iconic Tupac Shakur.

In a clip below, you get to see Demetrius's audition tape for the role of the late rapper for the first time. All eyes on him, indeed.
