Even if you haven't been in on all the latest Adidas releases, it doesn't take a die-hard fan to recognize innovation in action. They've launched a ton of new performance-based technology and have really helped put the fun back in fundamentals. Their latest advancement is a shoe that literally changes colors based on your foot being placed inside of it and it is the stuff that Sneaker of the Week dreams are made of.

The Adidas Chromatech SL Loop Racer is the first shoe that the material is being rolled out on and the color-changing properties are most evident around the toebox of each model. The chromatech material is debuting in three different styles and each one comes in the form of a pattern that expands or contracts around the contours of the foot to reveal a unique colorway. It's going to be interesting to see what other models adopt this adaptable technology.

For those of us who do side with the three stripes, it's been a very fun few years and hopefully anyone not yet on board will be getting in line on May 8 when these drop. You can grab a pair over at Oneness for $85 right now.
