R&B singer August Alsina is still hospitalized after he took a scary fall onstage while performing at his New York show on Monday (Sept. 15).

An unnamed rep for the 'No Love' singer told TMZ that he's still in the ICU at a New York hospital receiving treatment for multiple seizures he suffered after he collapsed.

Doctors say that no drugs were present in Alsina's system and they believe that his seizures were caused by exhaustion and dehydration.

Alsina's Tuesday concert (Sept. 16) in Cincinnati, Ohio, was postponed due to his illness. A Friday (Sept. 19) concert at the Old National Centre in Indianapolis is still listed as active.

Meanwhile, Alsina's Twitter account has remained silent since the incident and no rep from the singer's label has given the media an update on his health.
