R&B crooner August Alsina collapsed onstage during his performance for the Testimony Live tour in New York on Monday night (Sept. 15).

According to eyewitnesses, the singer was performing when he suddenly fainted and fell off the stage into the audience. Thankfully, security was on the scene and ushered him away.

Paramedics were called and treated the 'No Love' artist backstage. He was later taken out on a stretcher and transported to a hospital for further evaluation.

There's no word on his current condition as of yet. Reps for Alsina have not commented on the matter.

Fans were in shock and went on Twitter to wish Alsina a speedy recovery.

"Damn, all I was tryna do today was see and take a pic with August Alsina and I end up seeing him get dragged into the ambulance," wrote one concerned concertgoer.

"August passed out and fell off stage please get better love you," tweeted another fan.

This was the third to last show on the crooner's Testimony Live tour, which is scheduled to wrap in Kansas City, Mo., on Sept. 21.

Alsina just dropped his new video for his latest single 'No Love' remix featuring Nicki Minaj hours before his show.

Get well soon August Alsina.
