Between breaking records on the Billboard charts and headlining festivals this year, The Weeknd has had one hell of a 2015. The singer continues his winning streak with a performance at the 2015 American Music Awards Sunday night (Nov. 22).

Before hitting the stage to perform "The Hills," he kicked off with a win in the Favorite Soul/R&B Album category for his sophomore project, Beauty Behind the Madness. The Weeknd also won the award for Favorite Male Artist in the Soul/R&B.

"I want to thank the American Music Awards," he said after accepting his second award of the night. "And I want to thank my fans. You've been supporting me since day one and there's no limits next year. So I love you. Thank you."

Winning aside, The Weeknd gave a fiery performance of "The Hills." With the stage looking to be up in flames, he entered the stage strong and full of confidence. And it was clear the crowd was getting into it. Meghan Trainor, Wiz Khalifa and Nick Jonas were rocking out and singing along to the performance. Even Puff Daddy gave props before presenting the Collaboration of the Year award, which took place after the performance. However, it looked like Justin Bieber wasn't really into it.
