Lil B and Joey Bada$$ are beefing!

The Berkeley, California rapper is typically a positive presence on Twitter, but a tweet from Joey Bada$$ hit a sore spot for The Based God and he hopped in the studio.

The offending tweet quotes a Capital STEEZ line from the song "Survival Tactics" ("They say hard work pays off/ Well tell the Based God don't quit his day job"), but Lil B clearly took it as a personal affront and dropped a diss track. He also wrote a series of tweets directed at Bada$$ but later deleted them.

The above tweet sparked Lil B's release of the track below called "I'm the Badass" -- which Joey responded to in turn with his own diss track called "Don't Quit Your Day Job."

Joey Bada$$ spits his lines over a classic Janet Jackson sample "That's the Way Love Goes" and despite dissing Lil B gives shout outs to other Bay Area hip-hop greats like E-40 and Mac Dre.
