Tech N9ne and His ‘Independent Powerhouse’ Tour Take Over Irving Plaza in NYC [PHOTOS]

Tech N9ne's "Independent Powerhouse" Tour hit New York City last night (April 16) and the Kansas City rhymer gave fans a powerhouse performance. With some help from Krizz Kaliko, Rittz, ¡MAYDAY!, Stevie Stone, and Ces Cru, the Strange Music leader took the stage and never gave it back.

Tech also announced that he's releasing a new album this fall.

Posting on his Instagram account, Tech told fans to prepare themselves for inclement weather — at least musically — in September. He's got his 11th album in the queue, called The Storm.

“I don’t fit the part for mainstream cause I’m rougher only time they wanna look like me is Halloween mutha f—a! (I GET IT NOW) THE STORM, 9/9/16,” he wrote in the caption of a photo featuring him in his signature war paint.
