This year in the Chinese zodiac calendar marks the Year of the Horse and Puma is celebrating it with two of their most iconic silhouettes, the Puma Suede Low and the Suede Mid sneakers.

Both "Made in Japan" models come in black and brown colorways and feature luxurious pony hair on the uppers. There's also quality horse leather on the toe box and heel that were designed by using traditional Japanese techniques, which might make PETA frown.

On the tongue, the sneakers boasts the Chinese symbol for the horse and are finished with a brown (on the Mid) or white (on the low) rubber outsole.

We don’t suggest you break dance in these kicks, but rather, pair them up in your most stylish of outfits (no track suits, please).

You can cop the "Year of the Horse" collection at your nearest Puma retail store or at luxury boutiques now.
