Migos member Offset has been going through a tough ordeal ever since he got arrested in Georgia on a slew of drugs and weapons charges. Since his arrest in April, he has remained in jail in Bulloch County after being denied bail twice. In a jailhouse interview, Offset explains his current predicament and clears up rumors regarding his legal case.

According to Revolt TV, the “Fight Night” rapper, and Migos-affiliated member Rich the Kid, who was also arrested with Offset, called in to Atlanta’s Hot 107.9’s Durtty Boyz radio show to update them on their situation. A video of their conversation was posted on YouTube, but it has since be removed.

In the seven-minute video, Offset denies that he cursed out the judge or the district attorney, contrary to reports. However, he did say that he might have to stay in jail a little longer for a fight he was involved in with another inmate. Offset hopes to be out of jail in about three months.

"I can't really talk too much about it," he said. “But these folks out here [are] racist, man. They're trying to bash my name, they're trying to make my image look bad."

Before the call ended, Offset apologized to his fans for letting them down. “It's looking bad but it's all good, I'm good in spirit,” he said. “My head held high, man, I'm gonna get out so I ain't really trippin'.”

Let’s hope that Offset gets out of jail sooner than later. Keep your head up.
