Even though MigosOffset is already in jail for an April 18 arrest, he’s still racking up charges behind bars.

Offset, born Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was charged with battery and causing a riot in a penal institution on May 2 following a brawl at the Bulloch County Jail in Georgia, where he is currently being held, according to the Statesboro Herald.

The incident allegedly went down around 3 p.m. and the fight was captured on surveillance video inside the jail. Another inmate, who remains nameless in the report, indicated Offset as the assailant and also has visible wounds on his right side, according to Bulloch County Sheriff's Inv. Walter Deal.

As a result of the initial arrest, Offset is still being held without bond due to a probation violation. Migos was arrested after police smelled the stench of weed emitting from a vehicle they were riding in following a concert at Georgia Southern University concert. Officers found drugs and firearms inside.

Takeoff, Quavo and Offset, who was already on probation, were arrested for felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, marijuana possession and firearm possession. They also face felony charges for having a loaded weapon on school property.

The timing of his latest prison brawl couldn’t be any worse for Offset. He, along with the other “Fight Night” creators and 15 other members of their crew, are set to face Bulloch County Superior Court Judge John R. Turner Friday (May 8) at a bond hearing.
