A security guard injured during a brawl that followed a Machine Gun Kelly concert in St. Petersburg, Fla., back in January is suing the rapper, TMZ reports.

According to the gossip site, bouncer William Long claims that the Cleveland rhymer threw a liquor bottle at him during the barroom melee, nearly severing one of his fingers. TMZ has posted pictures of Long's sliced-up digit, which is described as having been "cut open like a fish."

Long spent eight days in the hospital and is going after MGK -- who spent the night in jail -- for unspecified damages. The Bad Boy signee has yet to respond, but at the time of the incident, he tweeted that the violence had "escaladed way to quick last night, it always does with us though [sic]."
