Despite Machine Gun Kelly having severe chest pains earlier this week, he still expresses plenty of heart in his new song "Let You Go."

With the track being about 95 percent pop-rock and 5 percent hip-hop, in terms of the overall sound and vocal delivery, the cut could be a huge crossover hit for the MC, but it may scare away some of his day-one fans.

Regardless, "Let You Go" is strong, and Kelly delivers a nice rap verse about coming to grips with losing his woman.

"I still remember what you wore on the first night / Still remember how that black dress had your curves right / Still remember smoking just to calm my nerves / 'Til you had to leave and grabbed your purse, I grabbed first," he spit.

MGK also displays some pretty impressive singing chops on the cut as well.

"Let You Go" is off the Cleveland native's forthcoming Bloom album, which arrives May 12.
