Netflix's series, Luke Cage will be released on Sept. 30, and in what's the best trailer yet, our bullet-proof super hero (Mike Colter) meets Method Man, for a moment that's guaranteed to put a smile on any hip-hop head's face.

Of course, the entire series has been heavily doused with hip-hop—from the songs in the trailer (this one features Nas' "Made You Look" while another featured Run the Jewels' Mike Snow remix "Heart Is Full"), to hip-hop references. In one scene, evil bad guy Cornell Stokes (played by Mahershala Ali) stands in front of a photo of the late Notorious B.I.G. wearing a bejeweled crown and he says, “Everybody wants to be a king.” To that end, the series executive producer Cheo Hodari Coker, a former hip-hop journalist, revealed that every episode from Luke Cage will be named after a Gang Starr song.

Luke Cage debuts on Netflix on Sept. 30. Watch the latest trailer for the anticipated show above.
