Rapper Kevin Gates is in trouble with the law after he viciously kicked a female fan during a concert in Florida on Aug. 28.

Police in Lakeland, Fla. have filed battery charges against the “I Don't Get Tired” rapper for kicking 18-year-old Miranda Dixon in the stomach and chest area. Apparently, the Louisiana rapper kicked her so hard that she briefly lost consciousness and had to go to the ER.

Cell phone video capturing the despicable incident has gone viral and sparked outrage on social media. In addition, an online petition was posted to ban Gates from performing in Florida altogether. So far, the petition has gathered over 5,000 signatures and counting.

Dixon told WFTS-TV that she and her family are grateful for the ongoing support from people who are upset over the attack. She has no plans of ever attending a Kevin Gates concert again. “I forgive him, but I wish he wouldn’t have done it,” she said. “But I’m not a fan of him anymore.”

Police said that a battery report has been sent to the State Attorney’s Office for review.

Meanwhile, Gates has a message for those who are threatening him on social media over his dastardly act.

This isn't the first time Gates has assaulted female fans at a show. In March, the rhymer was performing in Flint, Mich. when he took a swing at a woman in the crowd. Later on, he also got violent with another female concertgoer by hitting her. Looks like Kevin Gates has a serious problem when it comes to beating women.
