Kanye West reportedly has left Ronald Reagan UCLA Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday (Nov. 30) after treatment for paranoia and depression.

According to TMZ, West is recovering at his home with his wife, Kim Kardashian, and their children. The 39-year-old rapper-producer will be under the medical observation of his personal physician, Dr. Michael Farzam, who initially made the 911 call on the day West was admitted to the hospital.

As we previously reported, West’s mental breakdown may have been triggered by the ninth anniversary of his late mother, Dr. Donda West, who passed away on Nov. 7, 2007. Her funeral was Nov. 20, which is the same day West nixed his show at the Los Angeles Forum. On the following day, West canceled the remaining dates of the tour. Hours later he suffered a nervous breakdown.

West's medical journey is not over yet. The producer will continue his psychological and medical out-patient treatment at his home.

Hopefully, Kanye West is on the road to getting healthier and stronger. We are sending our prayers out to him.
