It looks as if we'll be getting new music from Kanye West this year, an album called YANDHI.

While there's been no officially announcement, speculation began after 'Ye posted a screenshot of an iMessage with what appears to be the album title and a release date of Sept.29. He's also set to appear on Saturday Night Live that day, adding a bit of intrigue to the news of a potential album.

If there is another record on the way, it'd be his third work this year. Between May and June, West released five seven-track projects for various artists, all of which he produced entirely. This includes two for himself—his collaboration with Kid CudiKids See Ghostsand a solo effort, 'Ye, the latter of which hit No. 1 on the Billboard 200, upon its release.

Already, people are guessing about the meaning of Yandhi, which appears to be a merger of "Ye" and "Ghandi," just as 2013's Yeezus was a mix of "Jesus" and "Ye." That album was experimental in approach, garnering mostly average reviews.

In late June, following the slew of seven-track releases, fellow Chicagoan Chance the Rapper confirmed that he has a joint project with West on the way as well. Chance said the album will follow the same model as the others this year, and his 'Ye-assisted project will also contain seven tracks.

"What’s cool is Ye’s kind of got me in a mode of understanding, just, your ability to multitask and work on different things,” Chance said of his longtime friend in an episode of Complex’s "Open Late with Peter Rosenberg," adding that at the time, the Kanye collab was about 30 percent finished.

While a new Kanye album has yet to officially be confirmed, you can definitely catch him on SNL on Sept. 29.
