Kanye West and Amber Rose Break Up?

The rumor that Kanye West has split with longtime love Amber Rose looks like it just might be true. US Weekly is reporting that the twosome officially parted ways due to the Chicago rapper's need to focus on his career. "They are still good friends," a source told the magazine. "Kanye is consumed with recording his comeback record in Hawaii and had to shut it all off. When he's in work mode, he can't handle a relationship. He told Amber he needs to devote everything right now to his craft."

For the past several months West has been holed up in his home on Oahu's South Shore working on his upcoming 'Good Ass Job' album while Rose has been seen mostly in Los Angeles. This latest alleged confirmation of their break-up comes as pictures of Rose and New Orleans Saints football player Reggie Bush hit the 'Net.

The couple met in 2008 and started dating not long after. In previous interviews, Rose, a native of Philadelphia, has credited West for "saving her life." No word yet from either West nor Rose's reps on whether or not the break-up rumors are true.
