Jeremih's recent bad behavior is sending him to the big house. After the singer and his crew caused a violent uproar inside a Fuddruckers restaurant in Billings, Mont., last month, police are now looking to arrest him.

While the ‘Don’t Tell 'Em’ crooner wasn’t taken intro custody immediately following the November incidentTMZ reports that Billings police have changed their course of action and have requested an arrest warrant.

Earlier reports claim the entertainer and his crew caused $700 in damages due to the beer bottles thrown during the melee. Apparently Jeremih's crew accused the restaurant staff of racism after a store manager approached the entourage for making a 17-year-old employee feel uncomfortable with their flirtatious advances.

While none of the five other people in his camp have been arrested yet, it looks like the Chi-town crooner will be facing criminal mischief and disorderly conduct charges.
