Hit-Boy Remixes Kanye West’s ‘New Slaves’

Hit-Boy may not have picked up any production credits on 'Yeezus' (he did, however, craft 'Somewhere In America' on Big Brother's 'Magna Carta Holy Grail'), but that hasn't stopped him from adding his own twist on Kanye West's new album. Inspired by the story of James Somersett, a 1700s slave who used English and Welsh law to win his freedom, the super producer-come-promising rapper flips'"New Slaves' into 'New Chains.' And, of course, a Hit-Boy remix wouldn't be complete without some extra bounce in the beat.
