With his 'Finally Famous' album debuting at No. 3 on the Billboard album charts, it's pretty safe to say that Big Sean is having a good week. In his latest video for the song 'So Much More,' the Detroit MC gives fans a peak down the road to his success.

Directed by Mike Carson and Mike Waxx, the video opens with a 2008 clip of a then newly signed Sean shouting out his G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam record labels and shows him freestyling next to Kanye West in 2009, before jumping to his present-day homecoming where he is mobbed by fans.

Receiving over 110,000 views on YouTube, the video also features clips of the rapper embracing his mother, who once worked as an actress before getting pregnant with him. "Feeling like I got the cheat code to life/ Jewelry looking like it got free throwed in ice," he spits in between shots of his hometown and footage from his performances. "Debatin' with the reaper not to repo my life/ In my 23 years I done lived a couple lives/ Like why? 'Cause I stunt, bags of trees, like it's fall/ The girls that was outta my league tryna play with my balls/ I pay bills, I work hard/ And when my momma cried a river, they never gave us a bridge."

Sean was introduced to the public by way of his 2007 mixtape 'Finally Famous: The Mixtape,' and signed with West's G.O.O.D. Music imprint that same year. His debut album was released June 28, and despite going up against industry veterans like Beyonce and Alicia Keys, who both dropped albums on the same day, 'Finally Famous' sold 87,000 copies in its first week.
