Run-D.M.C. rapped about 'Christmas in Hollis,' and Kanye West is rapping about 'Christmas in Harlem.' Clocking in at five minutes, 'Christmas in Harlem' is West's first holiday track and features G.O.O.D. Music artist Cyhi Da Prynce, who also appears on West's tracks 'So Appalled' and 'Looking for Trouble.'

"Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night/ Now we all living the good life," West raps. "Yeah, though it's 40 below the wind chill / And we wiping snow off the windshield / It's still a wonderful night to be alive baby/ And I'm so happy I'm with my baby, and we a little late with the Christmas gifts/ Rush it for tomorrow, don't trip, you know I drive crazy ... "

West was raised in Chicago, so if you are wondering why he chose to represent a New York neighborhood with his yuletide merriment, his most recent tweet offers explanation. "Just got Dipset verses for Christmas in Harlem!" West wrote about the Harlem-based crew. "Eeeeevrybody on it!!!! Cam, Vado, Jimmy, Pusha, Big Sean, Cyhi, Teyana Taylor & Musiq."

West released his fifth studio album 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy' to five star reviews in November and made several year-end lists. The rapper announced plans for a joint album with Jay-Z, but no release date has been given for the effort yet.
