When Kanye West asks for your fashion advice, you must be dope. And that's exactly what happened to Teyana Taylor in 2010, before the rapper dropped his My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album. She's certainly come along way since then, pursuing her own music career before stunning the world in Ye's "Fade" video--which took home the 2017 MTV VMA for Best Choreography.

But let's take it back for a second. A teeny bopping Teyana showed up with washboard abs and sensual dance moves that were years ahead of her age. She scored a Neptunes-assisted song "Google Me," a single off of her 2009 mixtape, From a Planet Called Harlem, and a place on Pharrell's Star Trak Label -- a match made in creative heaven. But, ultimately, the singer left to join Kanye West's G.O.O.D. Music and Island Def Jam in 2012.

Her smooth vocals appeared on West's acclaimed compilation project, Cruel Summer. "To the World," "Sin City" and "Bliss" sounded even better with her added touch. But fans were waiting for her shining moment and that came with her debut studio album, VII, released in 2014. Teyana earned herself a No. 10 spot on the Billboard 200 thanks to her talent and the dedicated fan base she garnered over the years.

She's been a judge on America's Best Dance Crew as well as a fashion muse on Instagram. The around-the-way girl has never been shy in showing off her amazing figure and curves for her two million followers (along with special moments with her boo and music snippets). It's no wonder her NBA hubby, Iman Shumpert, said she's "all I need in this life of sin."
