Diddy Sued Over 2010 Shooting at Atlanta Restaurant
Music executive and aspiring rapper Tony Austin aka "Mr. Make it Happen" has filed suit against hip-hop mogul Diddy over a 2010 shooting that occurred outside of his Atlanta, Ga. restaurant Justin's.
Though neither were critically injured in the incident, Austin was rushed to the hospital, along with an associate, after having been shot in the parking lot outside of Diddy's restaurant in
