Nas’ September DUI Arrest Made Public

According to TMZ, Nas was busted for a driving under the influence on Sept. 10 near his Georgia home. The Queens, NY rapper was arrested and booked for driving under the influence of marijuana three months ago but charges are still pending. The news of his arrest hit the 'net today just as Nas was set to appear in court in Los Angeles for his divorce from Kelis, who's working toward making a musical comeback after giving birth to the now-estranged couple's first child together in July.
