Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes Photographed on a Date?

Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes dating rumors have been swirling (no pun intended) for years. But the alleged boos have always kept things mum and they've done a pretty good job of avoiding any sort of "proof" that they are an item. Until now.

The 38-year-old actress and 49-year-old actor/singer were photographed by a fan at dinner. The fan shared a photo this week of Holmes and Foxx in a restaurant. The Oscar winning actor posted a picture of himself in the same hat and sunglasses later in the day.

Holmes was famously married to Tom Cruise from 2006 to 2012, and Cruise is (was?) a good friend of Foxx's. The two co-starred in Collateral back in 2004. But does the pic confirm anything? With so much speculation, you gotta believe there's something there.
