The critical heat is still on Iggy Azalea in the first few days of 2015, but she's still raking in awards. The Australia native's latest honor is Favorite Hip-Hop Artist at the 2015 People's Choice Awards. This time, she beat out Nicki Minaj, Jay Z, Drake and T.I. for the prize.

Despite her success -- she also won Favorite Rap Album at the 2014 American Music Awards against Drake and Eminem -- Azalea still claims she was surprised during her acceptance speech.

"I wrote nothing, but it's not wasted on me," 'The New Classic' creator said. "Thank you so much."

Of course, the night couldn't end without an Azalea performance. She obliged with a rendition of 'Beg For It,' her latest single. The crowd responded well to the performance, which saw Azalea and her dancers in all-white in front of a colorful, De Stijl-reminiscent background.

So it doesn't look like Azalea and the surrounding controversy is going anywhere. She's working on her second studio effort and is nominated for Best Rap Album, Record of the Year, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance and Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards. Find out if she beats out Childish Gambino, Common, ScHoolboy Q, Eminem and Wiz Khalifa when the ceremony airs on CBS at 9PM ET on Feb. 8.
