Chris Brown Chris Brown continues to rage against the media. The singer was recently featured on Vibe's first issue since the magazine folded this summer, wearing a somewhat surprising black t-shirt that read "R U Still Down," a reference to both the classic 2Pac album and Brown's comeback, after assaulting former girlfriend Rihanna.

However, Brown claims Vibe never informed him they would be affixing his t-shirt with the phrase. "I think with the actual Vibe cover, it was never supposed to be talked about like the cover they made. That wasn't what we discussed -- the shirt is actually just a plain black shirt and they stamped 'R U Still Down' on it, so the cover was supposed to be the rebirth cover of Vibe and the rebirth of Chris Brown."

Brown also took umbrage at the slant of the story, pitting him against popular newcomer Drake, "It was never supposed to be 'Everybody Hates Chris, Everybody Loves Drake' ... I kinda felt a certain way when they did it like that and they kinda told me one thing and they got it in writing, one thing, but then they did it another way ... I appreciate any cover, I just don't appreciate them using my situation ... "

Chris Brown's newest album, ' Graffiti,' is in stores now.
