Drake Will Graduate From High School This Summer

Drake has spent years graduating from different levels of his acting and rapping career, but along the way, he's left one thing go to the wayside: getting his high school diploma. The Toronto native is in the process of officially getting his certificate, with plans to achieve the goal this summer.

"I'm actually spending my summer graduating high school," the 24-year-old told Toronto's NOW Magazine. "That's my main focus after OVO Fest. I only have one credit left, and I'm really excited about that."

During the years he would've been in high school, Drake was actually filming for the TV series "Degrassi: The Next Generation."

OVO Fest commences Sunday (Aug. 5) in Toronto. Three years running strong, the festival will feature performances from A$AP Rocky, The Weeknd and 2 Chainz. Stevie Wonder, Eminem and Jay-Z have all made surprise appearances on the stage in the past.
