Miguel has unveiled the video for "Adorn," the first single from Kaleidoscope Dream, an album he'll roll out in three parts. The clip accompanies today's release of the first installment, an EP titled Kaleidoscope Dream: The Water Preview. The next part, Kaleidoscope Dream: The Air Preview EP, drops Sept. 11, while the final installment, the full-length record, arrives Oct. 2.

The video continues the theme of earthly elements and presents a colorful, confusing barrage of images, perhaps meant in part to mimic the kaleidoscope referenced in the album title. But Miguel also said he is inspired by the freedom of dreams.

"I believe dreams represent the purest form of fantasy we unleash through our subconscious," Miguel told Singers Room. "They represent the truest freedom we can experience. Totally un-repressed and totally creative."
