Having evaded Diddy's clutches after years in the Bad Boy machine, putting in work as a member of Danity Kane and Diddy Dirty Money, Dawn Richard has offered fans a glimpse of her solo repertoire via her new Armor On EP. The project can be listened to in full ahead of the March 27 release date via AOL's listening party.

The dance-heavy 10-song EP, which Dawn unveiled during a private listening party last week, officially hits iTunes Tuesday (March 27). Armor On features a gang of electronica-influenced production by Druski, who helms nine of 10 tracks.

"People are picking 1,000 producers and [their albums are] 12 songs," Dawn told The BoomBox during last week's listening session, of her decision to work with one primary producer on Armor On.

Though the EP is but a prelude to her long-awaited full-length debut GoldenHeart, it showcases Dawn's range, spanning from anticipated R&B ballads and auto-tuned pop-dance tracks to moody, dark-tinged electronic anthems.
