Compton rapper the Game is once again facing legal charges, after reportedly punching a man in the face outside of a Hollywood nightclub.

According to TMZ, the unidentified man has filed a police report against the troubled rapper, claiming he was assaulted outside of Hollywood's Colony nightclub, early on Tuesday morning (Aug. 23). TMZ acquired footage of the incident, which shows Game in the middle of a street scrap, but does not clearly depict him throwing a punch.

"Don't do it Jayceon!" an onlooker shouts, using Game's birth name, as he is being pulled away from the fight shouting.

Though the LAPD is still investigating the alleged assault, no arrests have been made, and a source close to the rapper claims that he denies throwing a punch.

Game was at the nightclub promoting the release of his long-awaited 'The R.E.D. Album,' which dropped earlier on Tuesday. He discusses the LP release with The BoomBox, in an interview which you can check out here.
