Chris Brown let his temper get the best of him, engaging in a Twitter argument with Odd Future members Tyler, the Creator and Frank Ocean Friday (June 17).

The misunderstanding started when Brown attempted to give Ocean a compliment, which escalated into an all out war. "I f--- with Frank Ocean!" he wrote. "Reminds me of a young James Fauntleroy or Kevin Cossum," he said referencing Fauntleroy, a singer-songwriter who penned the Jordan Sparks single 'No Air,' featuring Brown, and Cossum, a producer whose credits also include work with Brown, plus the likes of Mary J. Blige and Keri Hilson.

Angered by his tweet, Ocean responded, likening the Virginia native to a "young ike turner," which set Brown off.

"It was a compliment you bitch ass n----. Everybody claim to be the devil till they meet him. [F]--k odd future! Make sure y'all smalltime n----s stick yo chess out when u speak to me."

It didn't take long for Ocean's group member, Tyler to jump in, taking shots at Brown's appearance. "@chrisbrown What's Wrong Christopher? Amber Rose Stole Your Style Bro Bro?" he wrote.

All three continued throwing insults until rapper Game jumped in as the peace maker, attempting to settle the squabble. "@fucktyler the homie & @frankocean just starting what can be a long successful career," he wrote. "Don't f--- it up by beefin'. FOCUS n-----, FOCUS !!! @chrisbrown focus on "YOU" blood. BEEF aint gettin n!ggas nowhere these days. All you do is LOSE, endorsements, appearances & [sic] oppurtunities . BEEF, fucked off millions for me. Got one of my niggas shot. & broke up one of the biggest groups in rap history. #fact," he added, addressing his past issues with 50 Cent, which he has since tried to rectify.

Game's words worked, as all three quickly cut-off communication with each other, with Brown apologizing to his fans for taking part in the disagreement. Although their problems seemed to have ended, Tyler and Ocean informed fans that they were far from calling a truce during a performance the next night, at the House of Blues in Los Angeles. "That n---- is a loser! He beats up women, he's a b----!" Tyler said.

This isn't the first time that Brown and Tyler have gone at it over the social networking site. Earlier this month, the two exchanged insulting tweets after Tyler thought Brown blasted his music as "demonic."
