After a January arrest in San Bernardino, Calif., for driving with a loaded 9-millimeter handgun on his passenger seat, 40 Glocc has still not received any formal charges from the state of California.

The rapper appeared in court this week, but prosecutors had yet to file any motions against him. Glocc was arraigned at the March 29 court appearance, however, his hearing was extended because there were no formal charges on record.

The G-Unit rapper was arrested as police patrolled an apartment complex on San Bernardino's West Chestnut St. Glocc, real name Lawrence White, was sitting in a Range Rover and was busted with the gun while affiliating with members of a local gang chapter called The Colton City Crips.

Before the arrest, White revealed his feelings towards law enforcement by explaining an anti-police song that he had recently penned.

"I think they f--- up our lives as youth," he said about the police. "We came from that with our own views, so I have my own views and that's why I came up with the song 'F--- the Police.' It had to do with the officers and crooked DA I was up against and my court litigation and them accusing me of something and them judging me off entertainment and classifying me as a terrorist without any proof."

On the music front, the West Coast rhymer is preparing for the March 22 release of his sophomore LP, 'N.W.A.: New World Agenda.' He also recently signed rapper Ras Kass to his Zoo Life imprint.
