Alex Hernandez, one of the two men arrested for burglarizing 50 Cent's house earlier this week, was nabbed on attempted murder charges Wednesday (Dec. 22). According to police in New Britain, Conn., Hernandez, 19, was wanted in connection to a double shooting in New Britain that occurred back in October. Two men were injured during the incident.

Following his arrest at 50's estate, Hernandez was charged with burglary and criminal trespassing, and was later turned over to local police to face warrants for attempted murder and first-degree assault for the shooting. He has since been arraigned on attempted murder charges and is currently being held on $700,000 bond.

The teenager, alongside his accomplice, Santos Padilla, was apprehended in 50's mansion Tuesday (Dec. 21) after officers received a tip earlier that morning. Upon pulling up to the 50,000 square-foot estate, officers noticed an unidentified vehicle in the driveway, prompting further investigation. While Padilla was apprehended in one area of the house, Hernandez was found in the rapper's closet drinking a bottle of wine, boosted from the Queens native's collection. He will be arraigned on burglary charges at a later date.
