With all the hype surrounding his Grammy nominated debut 'Thank Me Later,' some may think that Drake can't recreate the same magic the second time around, but word has it his sophomore release, 'Take Care,' will be even better. We caught up with Drake's producer and close friend, Boi-1da who had nothing but praise for what Drizzy has been doing in the studio.

"Were working on the second album right now," Boi-1da told The BoomBox. "I don't know when it's coming out but this one is amazing. I'm very excited about it and I think people are going to absolutely love the second album."

While many artists are often plagued by the looming sophomore slump, Boi-1da revealed that Drake has been listening to both his critics and his fans in putting together the new project. "A lot of people were saying they wanted to hear Drake do a lot more rapping, he's doing a lot more rapping on this album. He's getting better as an artist as well, although he's already amazing, but he's still growing as an artists and it's just the growth and the change and the stuff that he's talking about in his music."

While no release date has been announced for 'Take Care,' European fans will get their Drake fix when the 24-year-old heads across the pond for his UK tour alongside rapper J. Cole starting Jan. 5. Stateside, Drake will be appearing at the 53rd annual Grammy Awards ceremony on Feb. 13.
