Kanye West gave passengers on board a Delta Airlines flight a surprise treat last week, when he performed two of his hits over the loudspeaker. West took control of the intercom 30 minutes into the commercial flight from Minneapolis to New York City. Instead of a typical in-flight announcement, the rapper kicked verses from his hits 'Gold Digger' and 'Good Life.'

"He was like, 'Yo, this your n----, Kanye,'" a passenger reported. "Then he couldn't decide if he wanted to do 'Good Life' or 'Gold Digger,' so he was like, 'I'll just do a little bit of both.' It was awesome ... but I still have no idea how he got into the cockpit."

We're sure parents were thrilled by Kanye's introduction, but confused as to how Kanye was able to convince the staff to let him hijack their intercom. After landing, the rapper/producer, who has been widely criticized for making one of the most inappropriate interruptions of all time at the 2009 VMAs, further impressed people, when he humbly left the plane with the rest of the passengers.

"He filed out in line with everyone else," the passenger, who had spotted him in first class earlier, noted. "I thought that was pretty cool. Especially for Kanye."
