Kanye West has offered up his fourth apology to Taylor Swift since sabotaging her MTV Video Music Awards win Sunday. The self-proclaimed Louis Vuitton Don personally phoned the country star following her appearance on 'The View' this morning, during which she stated that he had not "personally reached out."

According to a statement from the 'The View,' "After the show [Kanye] spoke personally to the country music superstar via telephone and has apologized to the 19-year-old singer. She has accepted Mr. West's apology. The contents of the phone call are to remain private."

Swift remained jovial about the stunt during her appearance on the morning talk show. "Well, I think my overall thought process was something like, 'Wow, I can't believe I won, this is awesome, don't trip and fall. I'm [going to] get to thank the fans, this is so cool," she started. Swift went on to express her thoughts the moment that she saw West take the stage. "Oh, Kanye West is here. Cool haircut. What are you doing there?' And then, 'Ouch.' And then, 'I guess I'm not [going to] get to thank the fans."The 19-year-old revealed that she was "rattled" by the incident initially but was open to talking to West. On a positive note what started as an embarrassing moment for the young Swift has resulted in an outpouring of support from both fans and celebrities. West on the other hand, has been feeling the backlash from his stunt and went on the 'Jay Leno Show' Monday night to announce that he is taking some time off.
