Young Thug Releases Melodic Love Ballad ‘Raw’

Young Thug delivers a love ballad of sorts with his new track “Raw.” The woozy song features the Atlanta rapper conveying his feelings on love and other subject matter over a melodic beat.

Over mellow production, which consists of woodblock percussions, Thug warbles about falling in love with a stripper. "I, I might just take care of bad / Yeah, I might just make karat my ladies / On my worse day she a nine like Brady," he raps on the chorus.

The Rich Gang affiliate also drops this memorable line: “Hey, a wise man told me nothing / He said them snitches they get stitches / I just spent a Bentley on my kidneys / Saying I gave my bro the address to road to riches."

“Raw” is an emotional rap song that should appeal to those who appreciate Thugger’s indecipherable stream-of-conscious rhymes.

There’s still no word on when Young Thug will release his next two projects, a Slime Season 2 mixtape and a full-length studio effort, Hy!£UN35.
