Young Jeezy will make a fan's dream come true tonight when the rapper presents Tamara Jenkins-Wilkins with a Wheelchair Accessible Van for her disabled 13-year-old son, Davon Jenkins. The gift is part of Jeezy's 'Make Your Dreams Come True' contest.

Jenkins-Wilkins son has cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair. "I physically lift him in and out of our vehicle when we need to go to appointments and such," Jenkins-Wilkins said in her letter to the rap star. The mother's appeal was heard loud and clear. Jeezy will present the new van after a ceremony at Justin's Restaurant in Atlanta.
