Where has Young Jeezy been? The Atlanta rapper is still hard at work on his long-awaited LP 'TM103,' yet he just dropped a new club burner entitled 'Ballin,' which features rhymes from Lil Wayne and production by Lex Luger.

The track is a bouncy, menacing number. While still incomplete in its leaked form, Jeezy puts in a strong hook that firmly rests in his streetwise comfort zone. "You think you ballin' 'cause you got a block," he raps. "He think he ballin' 'cause he got a block."

After Wayne's stint in prison on a weapons charge, he told Rolling Stone that he was working on features for both Kelly Rowland and Jeezy while tackling the much-anticipated 'Tha Carter IV.' His verse here flirts with controversy as it features some tough talk about gun ownership.

"B----, I'm ballin'," Weezy raps. "Ballin' like a motherf----/ 12-gauge/ B----, I got a dozen of 'em."

Jeezy's 'TM103' has been in development since its intended release date back in 2009. Shouted out on Jay-Z's 'The Blueprint 3' track 'Real As It Gets,' the album was delayed until June 2010, then December and pretty much forgotten thereafter. The usually prolific MC hasn't released anything official since September 2010's 'The Last Laugh' mixtape.

While still subject to change, the album should also have features from Bun B, Kanye West, Plies and Lil Jon. It currently has no set release date.
