Yo Gotti's is suing a Georgia dealership for $80,000 after a repairman allegedly wrecked his $409,000 Lamborghini Aventador.

According to the lawsuit obtained by TMZ, the "Down in the DM" rapper brought his car to the luxury car dealership, Motorcars of Georgia, for some repairs last October. However, one of the employees decided to take the expensive car on a joyride in December. And it all went to hell when the employee crashed the car into a tractor-trailer on the interstate -- 20 miles away from the dealership.

Gotti's lawsuit claims that he never gave the dealership permission to drive the car outside of the shop. But with nothing but a wrecked car and a seemingly guilty party, Gotti is going with his only option -- a lawsuit.

Along with $80,000 in damages, Gotti is suing for "his personal pain and mental anguish," according to TMZ. He's also losing out on not being about to use the expensive car for music videos.

Aside from checking his DMs, Gotti has been pretty busy lately. Along with planning his 4th Annual ‘Yo Gotti and Friends’ Birthday Bash -- which is sure to bring some A-list celebrities to his hometown in Memphis, the rhymer has been getting back into the hip-hop game as well.

The 35-year-old rapper is also heading out on The Endless Summer Tour with G-Eazy, Logic and YG. The trek is set to begin at the end of June.
