Yo Gotti has announced the return of "Yo Gotti & Friends," his annual Birthday Bash. Kicking off it's fourth year, the highly-anticipated Memphis concert has featured appearances from stars like August Alsina, Dej Loaf, Monica, Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill in years past and it's become a mainstay in Memphis.

The Tennessee rap star is having quite the 2016 thus far. Gotti dropped The Art of the Hustle in February and burned up the charts with "Down In the DM." Last month, Gotti spoke about his success and what the mentorship of L.A. Reid has meant to his career.

In an interview with ThatGrapeJuice.net, the 34-year-old rhymer said L.A. Reid is “like a mentor.” Sometimes they “just talk” as Reid drops knowledge but there’s more than that. “On an artistry tip, he pretty much give me the freedom and the backing to do what I’m trying to do,” said Gotti. “If there’s something I really need to do or want to do, I can hit up L.A. Reid.”

“L.A. is the kind of guy who understands the artist’s vision and if he can, he’ll make it happen,” he added.

And despite what Young Dolph may think, Yo Gotti is happy to rep his hometown. Partnering with CMG Records and WHRK 97.1, this year's show will take place on June 19th at the Mud Island Amphitheateri at 7PM CST. Tickets went on sale this past Friday.
