Tributes are still pouring in for the late A Tribe Called Quest founder Phife Dawg. Wiz Khalifa pays homage to the Five-Foot Assassin with a wonderful tributary remix of ATCQ’s classic song “Electric Relaxation” from their 1993 LP Midnight Marauders.

Over the original jazzy instrumental, Wizzy spits his weeded-out rhymes next to Phife’s quotable come-ons to a fly chick.

“Rolling up weed that’s my everyday / My ‘69 drop top got no ashtray / I smell a lot but baby girl I do not play / Hey yo my man Phife Diggy he got something to say,” he raps.

Later, the Taylor Gang leader reveals, "Shorty, let me tell you about my only vice / It has to do with lots of chronic and it ain’t nothing nice."

This is a fantastic tribute to the beloved ATCQ member who passed away on March 22 from complications related to diabetes. Fellow Pittsburgh, Pa. native Mac Miller, also paid tribute to Phife with his melancholy tune, "Five Foot Assassin."

It so hard to believe that Phife Dawg is gone. Light one up for the Five-Footer.
