Wiz Khalifa, MTV Movie Awards 2012: Rapper Performs ‘Work Hard Play Hard’ — Video

Flicks and tunes mix like gin and juice, and at last night’s 2012 MTV Movie Awards, Hollywood stars weren’t the only ones to take center stage. Among the musicians who performed was Wiz Khalifa, who offered up “Work Hard Play Hard” — the lead single from his forthcoming sophomore album, O.N.I.F.C. — for the first time on television.

Seemingly inspired by films involving house parties, the Pittsburgh MC strolled across a stage packed with boisterous young dancers. As the crowd waved red plastic cups and pelted the stage with rolls of toilet paper, Wiz kept cool, rapping in his signature laid-back style.
