Last year it was announced that Chance The Rapper was secretly collaborating with studio A24 to produce a film. The only thing that was revealed was the film's title, Slice, and that it was shot around Chicago during the summer of 2016 and surrounded an outlaw who was framed for killing pizza boys.

Well, one year later, we now have a trailer. While the clip is only a little over a minute long and doesn't show too much, Chance will be starring alongside Atlanta's Zazie Beetz and comedian Paul Scheer. The film is directed by  Austin Vesely, who directed several of Chance's videos including “22 Offs,” “Brain Cells,” “Juice,” “Sunday Candy,” and “Angels.”

Vesely told Pigeons and Planes the film is inspired by David Lynch's Twin Peaks.

The film is set to be released sometime in 2018. Check out the trailer above.
