Waka Flocka Flame can't seem to stay out of trouble on the road. The 24-year-old rapper, whose real name is Juaquin Malphurs, was scheduled to perform at a charity event in Melbourne, Fla., but reportedly backed out on the event following a discrepancy with promoters for the gig.

The southern emcee was initially tapped to perform at Levelz nightclub as part of the charity event Hip Hop for Hunger. The event's promoter Christopher Duncan claims that Waka demanded $10,000 in cash when he arrived in town for the appearance. Duncan refused to cough up the hard bills since there was nothing in the contract that required a cash payment, thus Waka refused to take the stage. Duncan plans to sue the rapper to reclaim the deposit put down for his performance.

The incident is one of many concert-related incidents involving Waka Flock Flame this year. Last month, Alabama promotions company G.D.B. Promotions filed suit against Waka's booking agent and companies for $1 million after they dropped more than $20K to have him appear at a show in June 2009. In July, Waka was questioned in a case involving a woman who claimed to have been sexually assaulted while on his and Gucci Mane's tour bus. Also in June, Waka was cheated out of a $10,000 payment after promoters paid him in counterfeit bills. He was showered with bottles during a gig in May, and a shooting took place at a show this past March at a Gary, Ind. venue where eight teens were left hospitalized.
